Buildda, Inc. ("Buildda," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed general contractor in the State of California (CSLB License #1131088). These SMS Terms and Conditions explain how our text messaging program works for homeowners who have scheduled an in-home consultation with us.
Buildda sends appointment-related text messages to homeowners who have scheduled an in-home consultation. This is a transactional appointment messaging program. We use it to confirm appointments and to coordinate scheduling. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional texts, surveys, or payment requests.
When you book an appointment, you provide your mobile number in person to a Buildda representative and are told that Buildda will text you to confirm. By providing your mobile number this way, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Buildda. You may also provide your mobile number and opt in through the contact form on our website as a secondary way to consent. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You may receive the following types of text messages from this program:
Message frequency varies and is limited to the appointment or appointments you have scheduled with us. You will not receive recurring or ongoing marketing messages through this program.
Message and data rates may apply. These rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from this program. If you want more information, reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information obtained as part of the SMS program, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in, will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators.
