3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided through our website or during consultations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing will be provided in a written contract after a thorough assessment of your project. Factors that may affect final pricing include:

• Permit requirements and fees
• Material selections and upgrades
• Changes to project scope
• Unforeseen structural or code compliance issues

4. Permits and Approvals

Many remodeling projects require permits from local building authorities. Unless otherwise specified in your contract, Buildda will assist with the permit application process. However, permit approval timelines are controlled by local jurisdictions and may affect project schedules. Additional fees for permits are typically the responsibility of the homeowner unless included in the contract.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

8. Limitation of Liability

Buildda stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract and may vary based on the type of work performed and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from Buildda's workmanship warranty.

10. California Home Improvement Contract Rights

Under California Business & Professions Code Section 7159, you have important rights regarding home improvement contracts:

• Right to Cancel: For home improvement contracts over $750, you have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing. Cancellation instructions will be provided in your written contract.
• Written Contracts Required: All home improvement work requires a written contract detailing scope, materials, timeline, and payment schedule before work begins.
• Down Payment Limits: California law limits down payments on home improvement contracts. Your contract will comply with all applicable limits.
• Contractor's State License Board: You can verify our license (#1131088) and file complaints at www.cslb.ca.gov or call 1-800-321-CSLB (2752).

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California law. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court when appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
