Buildda handles all permit applications including building, electrical, and enclosure permits. We coordinate engineering plans, soil reports if needed, and ensure compliance with California pool safety requirements.

We install all pool plumbing—skimmers, returns, drains, and water features. Electrical conduit is run for pumps, lights, and controls. Equipment pads are poured and pool systems are set in place.

We install your selected waterline tile and coping stones around the pool edge. The interior is finished with your choice of plaster, pebble, or quartz aggregate finish for beauty and durability.
