Buildda repairs the underlying water input identified in step 1: roof flashing, plumbing, ventilation, drainage, or whatever the inspection found. Without this step the mold returns.

Buildda rebuilds drywall, trim, and finishes that had to come out for remediation. The specialist performs final air quality testing to confirm mold levels are back to normal and provides documentation.
