Our Process
We visit your home to assess the site, discuss your vision, and review finish options. You'll receive a detailed proposal with size, finish, and pricing information.
We mark the patio layout for your approval and handle any required permits. Final dimensions and shape are confirmed before work begins.
We excavate to the proper depth, typically 4-6 inches below finish grade. The subgrade is graded for proper drainage away from your home.
Compacted gravel base is installed for stability. Wood or metal forms are set to define the patio shape and ensure proper concrete thickness.
Fresh concrete is poured, leveled, and finished according to your chosen style. For decorative finishes, coloring and stamping happen at this stage.
Concrete cures for several days before forms are removed. Once cured, we apply a protective sealer and complete final cleanup of the site.
